Jesús García Juanes (21-7-1960, Ponferrada, Leon, Spain), like many children of emigrants, is born outside the native town of his parents, located to few kilometers of O Cebreiro, in the lucense section of the Camino Francés de Santiago (French Way) With single six years it is transferred to Barcelona being and its older brother in charge of his mother, since his father decides to prove luck in Germany. After exerting sporadically during a pair of years, he drastically changes the course of his life, leaves the Condal City and he confronts his first great adventure in a Galician pueblecito of mountain where he has been residing for 20 years dedicated to the cunicultura. Once seated and with the support of his family, he again retakes his initiated mountain activity in the Pyrenees: Mont Blanc (France), Toubkal (Morocco), Huayna Potosí (Bolivia), Aconcagua (Argentina)... But it changes to the first ochomil by marches of 400 km on foot in "non stop", inspired by the feats of andarín Basque Xeve Rock, already passed away. In the constant search of new experiences, it proves with patinete (300 km in a day), the tricycle (400 km in a day) and the bicycle (almost 8oo km in two days). Garci'a Juans slides in 2004 on will trimarán polar in the ice field of the Gulf of Botnia and in 2006 one in absolute autonomy makes two tests of 1,000 km each, loading with the water, the food and all the equipment. In these two experiences it obtains of average the 65 daily kilometers walking and the 85 sailing in kayak. With the results obtained in the same ones, it prepares at the present time a polar passage in autonomy that it has like objective to break a record of speed by means of a special bicycle with back wheel of nails and front ski. Jesus Garci'a Juans is member of the Spanish Society of Medicine and Montaña Aid (SEMAM) and has published diverse medical articles of his experiences in the bulletin of this organization. Also he has presented/displayed several communications in congresses, pronouncing conferences and projecting a pair of audio-visual on his two trips made to Finland, country by which feels a special attraction. The great majority of their sport activities personally denounces the global heating and its pernicious effects, observed in the course of their adventures.
